Hockey Off Season 2026

We’re excited to launch a new summer initiative with the Yukon Summer Hockey Club. For the first time in the Yukon, on-ice and off-ice training are being coordinated together to create a more structured and effective approach to hockey development. While we’re collaborating with Yukon Summer Hockey Club, athletes do not need to be part of their program to participate in NSA off-season training. Our off-ice program is open to all hockey athletes looking to train this summer.

HOW IT WORKS

June 15 – August 22 (10 Weeks)

Monday–Friday
8:00–9:15 AM

High Performance / Elite (3–5x per week)
$750 Total ($150 Biweekly)

• Individualized programming
• Sport science monitoring
• Direct oversight from Ben McPherson

OR

2x / Week Training
$375 Total ($75 Biweekly)

Designed for athletes balancing other summer commitments.

Meet Your Coaches

Jeremy McCullough & Ben McPherson

Ben McPherson (CSCS) completed his Master’s in Strength & Conditioning at Edith Cowan University and has worked with elite hockey athletes including NHL forward Dylan Cozens and top prospect Gavin McKenna. Alongside him is Jeremy McCulloch (CSCS), a former NCAA Division 1 athlete and professional basketball player with 8 years of pro experience internationally. Together, they’ve spent years helping Yukon athletes develop through high-level coaching at NSA.
